The necessary admin documents have already been uploaded for your use in the link above.
More features will be added onto the site for your reference.
There is presently a calendar function. Do let me know by emailing me at 
if you would want me to include your event or regular meeting dates and times.
Details required for Calendar insertion:
- Event name
- Date
- Time (duration)
- Contact person (include email and/or number)
- Occurrence of event (one-off event, regularly weekly, 3rd of every month etc)
